Docsbit is an application that allows users to create and share documentation for software development purposes.

2.1 You agree to use the Application in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
2.2 You shall not engage in any activities that may harm the system or compromise the security of the Application.
2.3 You shall not share or promote any hate speech, offensive content, or any material that violates the rights of others.
3. User-Generated Content
3.1 You are solely responsible for any content you generate and share through the Application.
3.2 By using the Application, you grant the Company a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, modify, adapt, publish, distribute, and display your content for the purpose of providing and improving the Application.
4. Payment Terms
4.1 Currently, the Application is in the Beta phase and is free for users. However, please note that payment terms may be introduced in the future. We will provide notice of any such changes.
5. Refunds and Cancellations
5.1 Refunds and cancellations are not applicable during the Beta testing phase of the Application.
6. Privacy and Data Collection
6.1 The Company collects and stores the email addresses and names of users for the purpose of providing the Application's services. We do not share this information with third parties.
7. Limitation of Liability
7.1 The Application is provided on an "as-is" basis, and the Company disclaims all warranties and liabilities.
7.2 The Company shall not be held responsible for any loss of data or damage to your content.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1 In the event of a dispute, we encourage you to contact us at [email protected] to seek a resolution through mediation.
8.2 If a resolution cannot be reached through mediation, the dispute shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts located in Poznan, Poland.
9. Amendments
9.1 The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be effective upon posting on the Application.
9.2 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically for any updates.
